For RM$400k, you can own a terrace house with 3 bedrooms. I've been trying to convince dear to move to JB while we work in SG as living standards in SG is becoming higher, living in JB would give us more breathing space and spare cash to enjoy life. And also better living condition for our future retirement. Anyways, after some discussion and support from my in-laws, we bought a unit in Bukit Indah, Horizon Hills. A great sub-sale unit owned by a staff working for the developer. It was love at first sight for us. The best part is, its affordable at only RM$650k. You can only afford a 4-room flat with this amount in SG.
