New York Trip

Long overdue post as we returned from NYC in Sep. Overall its quite a boring trip as dear was not with me most of the time and I had nowhere to go other than Times Square (the only shopping place in NYC). But a few incidents that happened there was quite romantic..dear and I almost lost each other in the big city, but somehow with our telepathy, we met finally..and hugged each other tightly when we meet..sweet~

I first started my shopping spree at Japan stopover..was there for transit and I couldn't resist buying the famous 白色恋人 chocolate biscuits and other pretty goodies~ makes me yearn for my next year japan trip..there is so much to buy!!


Finally reached NYC after a 17 hour long flight. Visited the famous street of the world..when we were there, economy was at its worst and this street was featured on the news everyday..too bad we din get to go on any BBC or CNN..


This gigantic pizza slice was for 1 person..we saw 2 thin gals ordering a whole pizza!! Imagine, 6 slices of this giant!! And as expected, they couldn't finish it..no wonder the world is getting shortage of food..just see how the Americans are wasting it.


The building where this old man gets a kick out of saying, "You're fired!". Hehe..


Famous broadway shows of NYC..nope, I din get to watch any even though I wanted to cos its kinda ex.


Visited the M&M outlet shop...check this out!


Can't get enough of chocolates..Hersheys is next.


We went down to the Apple store too..was so tempted to get the cheap iPhone but can't. But the Apple store there is nice with a glass cube entrance, glass lift and glass stairs.

Other places we visited were Statue of Liberty, Empire State Tower, Ground Zero etc..been there, done that. So don't think I'll ever visit USA again..unless its fully paid for~ haha.
