The first sad thing was one of my koi died yesterday nite due to lack of oxygen. The air pump was having some problems yest morning and we fixed it before we go to work...but who knows, we found one koi dead when we come home at nite. This koi have been with us since we bought the house...kinda sad to see it go..now only left 7 kois..nt sure if we should buy one more to replace it.
Then i got conned by stupid starhub on the mobile phone promotion. I saw an offer for a O2 Atom Exec at $98..super good buy, so i called up Starhub to see if they still have the promo. The cust service gal i talk to said yes, but limited stocks available. So dear specially took leave for me to get the phone for me this morning. But the Starhub pple told me..actually the whole island is OOS!! And this promotion is actually until last week only. Arrggghhhh.....how can the cust service officer give incorrect information and make us make a wasted trip. I think Starhub should really brush up their service standard. I am contemplating whether I should write them a complaint letter...maybe i should.
