I still can't believe just last week air tix to London was still at S$1300+. Today, it has increased $300 to S$1600+. Hmpf~ Stupid Contiki for confirming the tour so late..they can only confirm 2 months before the departure and I know about it now cos I called them to check. Even now a lot of airlines are fully booked for our departure dates and I am on waiting list for a few..really hope I get those tixs soon at a not so expensive price. If only we had been kiasu on this as well and made a reservation earlier.
I can't believe I am finally going to see snow for the first time in my life like the picture below. This is the actual place we'll be visiting! Not really snowing (when we are there, it probably has already stopped snowing), but snow-capped mountains. Cool~ however, it depends on weather conditions too to decide if we are allowed to go up there..I really pray that everything will be fine...I really realli wish to see this scenary..now just keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well till my honeymoon. Kinda worried about not enough money already..imagine, so much things I wanna do like going to see one show in Moulin Rouge, museums to see Monalisa, Gondola Ride etc.
Something about my life...went clubbing at DBL-O 2 last saturday with Huixin, Shirl and her friends. Dear was with us too. It was a last minute decision so I went on a last minute shopping spree to get clothes and shoes. I was wearing shorts before this. But anyway, good thing is makeup was already done...so jus took a change of clothes to get me ready. I love shopping for clothes..especially last minute ones. Keke..Of cos I still love plenty of shopping time to myself. Anyway, at the club, there were more guys then gals initially...but reversed towards the later part of the nite. It was xin's birthday so all drinks were on her. That gal has a makeover for her special day. Hehe..so pretty should be able to hook some guys that night. She managed to hook one though..a young 21 year old boi...all of us were disgusted with him..firstly, he doesn't present himself well...too imature, second, too touchy...can't keep his hands off xin and thirdly, too sticky...he stuck with us throughout even during supper...which made us wonder if he is going to want us to send him home too so that he can save on cabfare. Hehe...he reminded me of one attachment boy that used to assist me..when I saw him online the other day, I asked him,
A: "Hey, were you clubbing last sat? I saw someone like u."
D: "Huh? No la..din go clubbing on sat."
A: "Ok good...cos that guy was so disgusting."
D: "hahaha..."
Another funny thing was, there was this first guy that approached us...saying something like his friend wants to know me..but when I asked who is his friend, he walked away without replying...then no more news from him...wierd guy. I met him again on the dancefloor and he pretended to be drunk to take advantage...jerk.
The other two guys that approached me were Ang Mos..dunno y only ang mos approached me that day...guess I am too tall for asian guys..besides most of the guys there that night were with their gfs. Well...good thing is I enjoyed myself..cos the music is good..my cup of tea. Keke..look forward to more clubbing sessions with the gals before I officially become Mrs. But this outing made me realise...hard to find gentlemen nowadays...but xin had a guy friend who was with them the entire nite...he was there to protect the gals so called...but he performed his duty quite well..never left the gals alone unless they are safe...only left to join his friends when we were about to leave. Overall it was a fun nite.
I finally finished watching the korean drama "Princess Hours" after few nites of sleepless nite. I love that show...everything about it touches me...the cuteness of Chai Jing who is the schoolgirl turned princess...I love how she turn from cute to mature and how she kept her love for the prince even though there is someone better beside her. Seeing her turn from a happy go lucky gal to a girl who cries everytime the prince hurt her is a painful thing...imagine a pretty flower that withers with each passing day of being with you...its the same feeling. But I love it when the prince slowly fall in love with her..even though I think its probably that he doesn't want Lu to get Chai Jing...guy's mentality. Can't let other guys touch their possession even if he dun really love her. The two guys in the show is good looking and charming but I still think Chai Jing is the soul to this drama...her mood seems to bring me through the ups and downs of this show. The part when she cried when she din get to see her parents made me wanna cry too...then the part when she fainted in front of the bad gal made me cheered...kekke...cos the prince dashed in to carry her out and thinks that the bad gal muz have bullied her.
Of cos, back to reality, there is no way we can meet a Prince or become a Princess...however, if we look carefully, there is someone that treats us like a princess just like what Chai Jing says, "I am a princess in my own house too." Keke...in 2 more months, I'll get to be a princess for a day and get married to my cute but ugly prince..will he turn into a prince charming after I kiss him? dunno..but let's see how it goes. Hee.
