Something dramatic happened yesterday. A ex-colleague (whom I used to deem as friend) betrayed another girl from my ex-co. She was sacked as a result. After hearing the news yesterday morning, I can't contain my anger anymore. When I saw her logon to MSN, i msg her and said, "Why are you betraying all the friends around you? Aren't you scared you'll end up with no friends?" This started a fiery arguement. She insisted she is innocent but I can't be bothered. After being betrayed by her once myself, nothing she says will convince me. The conversation ended without any conclusion. I told all the ex-colleagues about this incident and they all agree that J is this type of person as they've also experienced it themselves. Was so furious about it that I din eat much during lunch. I metup with Xiaomei for lunch..she is working at the building opposite me surprisely! Haven't met her for so long...she has become prettier. Hehe..too bad she is married with kid la. Her baby girl has grown older since the last pic I saw. But still as cute. Anyway, back to the topic, in the afternoon, I received a call from the #$%#$% manager. She said J wanted to tender her resignation and said that I m the cause of it. I wouldn't go into details as I dun wish to remember that. However, if I were not in the office with colleagues around, I'll surely give her a piece of my mind. It ended with this message to J, "If you wanna resign, that's your decision. Pls dun get me involved!" She replied, "I will not let you go around ruining my reputation." I said, "What reputation do you have for me to ruin?" It ended this way.
Haha..I was quite pleased with my use of language during this incident. My english seems to hv improved. I really can't be bothered with such person..and don't mind even if I lose a friend like that..seriously, I don't even need such friend who'll betray whatever secrets you tell her to your boss just so that she can get into the boss's good books and keep her job. I feel sorry for Ox2 though..so many bad things happen to her recently..hope she cheers up soon.
Found out a big news which was confirmed by the actual party...Jeff & J were together before! OMG! I still tried to protect him and told pple he can't hv such poor taste..but he admitted it himself. Haha..but he said he realli regretted it deeply..done it in a moment of folly I guess.
